...came across this way of conducting business when I took a trip to the local government offices there.
That's unusual. Did the offices have some description of Ancap somewhere, say on a poster or leaflet? lol!
Its the "older crowd" who fear the word anarchy more than the word state.
They should seek treatment for their logophobia.
