Insane statist injustice continues: Woman Who Had Babies with Boy, Sent to Prison

A Hortonville woman impregnated twice by a young teenage boy has been sentenced to prison for violating her bond by continuing to see the child.

Twenty-year-old Lacy Sommers was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison on two bail jumping charges. A six-year-prison sentence for sexually assaulting the 14-year-old boy was stayed in Outagamie County Circuit Court and she was given 10 years probation following by an additional year in jail once she's out of prison.

Sommers was initially charged with repeatedly assaulting the boy, then 13, after she became pregnant in 2008 and gave birth to a son.

She was charged with violating her bond after continuing the sexual relationship and getting pregnant a second time.
