| Subject: Supposedly, Bitcoin Wins Institutional Acceptance, Supplants Gold Tue Dec 01, 2020 3:43 am | |
| This week's Alpha Trader podcast features hosts Aaron Task and Stephen Alpher talking Bitcoin with Dan Held, an old hand in cryptocurrency, who is currently growth head at crypto exchange, Krakenfx. Institutional acceptance of Bitcoin is the key to this year's bull run in Bitcoin, says Held, noting Paul Tudor Jones and Stanley Druckenmiller are among those who have become fans, not to mention BlackRock fixed income chief Rick Rieder. Bitcoin, says Held, is "Gold 2.0." It works far better as a hedge against inflation and government overreach as supply is known and capped, it's easily verifiable, and it can be safely stored on a chip.
