Roger Stone’s conviction, sentence recommendation and Trump’s criticism made news. The judge found the jury not prejudiced and sentenced Stone to 40 months in prison and a $20,000 fine. This may result in her Democrat appointment to the Supreme Court.

Roger Stone is a 67-year-old, author political consultant and lobbyist. Active in Republican campaigns – now a Libertarian, doing opposition research since Nixon. (Opposition researchers looks for damaging information on opponents, it’s different than fabrication such as paid for by the Democrats to engineer spying on Trump and the Russia Investigation.) A Trump supporter, his campaign involvement terminated August of 2015, long before Trump secured the nomination.

Russia Influence Special Counsel Mueller’s filed charges. No proof of WikiLeaks as a Russian agent or Russia being the source was established. The narrative, and false claims legitimizing spying on Trump have been determined not to support the warrants granted. No Special Counsel would have been appointed had Attorney General Sessions known the facts.

Here’s a summary of the first seven paragraphs of Stone’s indictment. To many Democrats, supporting Trump is evidence of guilt.

1-3. The Democrat party was hacked (WikiLeaks), Mueller concluded by Russians. Hacking included Clinton campaign documents and e-mails.

4. Stone is a political consultant supporting Trump.

5-6. Stone communicated with hacker and Trump’s campaign about damaging information from hack.

7. Testimony and documents from Stone are claimed within Special Counsel’s investigation. Stone did not acknowledge he had documents such as emails, provided misinformation and persuaded witness to provide false testimony.

The indictment defended the Democrat party hiding corruption revealed by WikiLeaks behind the Russian Collusion sham. Stone could have avoided prosecution and received monumental praise had he incriminated Trump.
The justice departments prosecutors are often more interested in conviction then justice. Winning is everything even if evidence is altered and fairness suppressed.

Stone’s entitled to a trial by his peers, lives in Fort Lauderdale but tried in D.C. (91% vote for Hillary), by Obama appointee, Judge Amy Berman Jackson.

Trials sometimes have Jury Nullification – Jurors refuse to recognize violation of an awful law. Many Obama appointed judges have adopted “Judicial Nullification” where they apply their sense of right and wrong to determine the law. These judges declare Trump cannot make Executive Orders replacing Obama’s Orders.

To Judge Jackson, Republicans are despicable and biased, but Democrat activists make great jurors.

After the conviction, one juror acknowledged that he was a major contributor to Democrat Presidential contender Beto O’Rourke. Another was an anti-Trump former Obama press official. The Jury Foreman, Tomeka Hart is black and a democrat activist. She hates Trump and believes he’s a racist. On public media, during the investigation she posted an article critical of Stone. She has a picture posted with Donna Brazile, the DNC Chairperson and CNN reporter who per WikiLeaks passed CNN debate questions to Hillary.

Even with a fair jury, Stone might be convicted. But it’s upsetting that recent special prosecutors rather than proving their case, trick someone and catch them in some mistruth. Then we don’t prosecute the government lawyers or Democrat manufacturers of false evidence. Even if we did, they wouldn’t get prison.

In response to Stone’s new trial request, the judge found no bias. She claimed without evidence or even a charge, Stone was covering up for Trump. She denied her statement was biased and refused to recuse herself from the case.

We need to understand that to the left, fining and incarcerating Stone is a form of Democrat Party reparations.
