Russia's prison service said Thursday that a US-Israeli woman jailed over drug charges has been freed from prison after President Vladimir Putin pardoned her. "Due to the presidential decree on pardoning, Naama Issachar has been freed from prison," the prison service said in a statement. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Thursday morning to discuss Trump's peace plan, and is expected to return with Naama back to Israel later the same day.
