| Moraga, California residents have launched a ‘Community Watch’ campaign to raise money to purchase license plate readers and surveillance cameras that will spy on everyone.
Law enforcement and the Moraga Community Foundation (MCF) want residents to donate $60,000 to help the police spy on everyone. Stooping to a new low, law enforcement is using a non-profit to help them spy on the community. According to the Community Watch campaign, residents will be able to declare their donations against their taxes. Law enforcement donates money to buy surveillance cameras
