| Counterfeit "laws" look like real laws. They are written in legalese. They have the proper form and official approvals to convince believers in "authority" that they are legitimate. We are told we must obey them.
What counterfeit "laws" lack is a proper foundation to make them real. They attempt to regulate or control something other than actual aggression, theft/fraud, or destruction of property. They are to real laws as a counterfeit dollar (including Federal Reserve Notes) is to real money. Yet the damage they do is immeasurably worse, since they can kill.
If we don't obey counterfeit "laws", bullies are "authorized" to kill us. Maybe not immediately, but if we continue to resist, those bullies- cops- will continue to escalate the aggression until they will eventually either kidnap us, or kill us as we try to defend ourselves from them.
There are only two kinds of "laws"- the unnecessary and the harmful. Those which follow Natural Law by criminalizing murder, rape, theft, etc, are unnecessary. Those which run counter to Natural Law by "requiring" licenses, forbidding drug use, regulating gun ownership or possession, or criminalizing anything it is within your rights to do, are harmful.
How many people do you know who claim that murder is OK? How many would argue that rape is a good thing? Or that "armed robber" is a good career choice? What about someone who scams elderly people out of their life savings? Just about every person would agree that these things are wrong. It does not matter whether a "law" is passed to say it is OK or if the death penalty is enforced on you for doing one of these things. Remember that slavery was once "legal", as was everything Hitler did. Wrong is wrong. These acts are violations of Natural Law. This is called "mala in se".
Then there are other actions that people are divided in their opinion of. Is it wrong to smoke marijuana? Do you deserve to go to jail for hiring, or being, a prostitute? What if you choose to not wear a seat belt? Is it right to have laws to punish you for these things? Once again, it does not matter whether the "law" says these things are OK or not. These are things that are only "wrong" because the law says they are bad. Enforcing these "laws" is a violation of Natural Law. This is called "mala prohibita".
