| MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire authorities say a man shot by officers responding to a Thursday disturbance call in Merrimack has died. Attorney General Joseph Foster says in a news release that the Massachusetts Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy Saturday on Harrison Lambert and determined he died of multiple gunshot wounds; Lambert was shot five times. Police say the 23-year-old man was armed with a knife when he was shot by one of two officers responding to a domestic disturbance call about an adult male threatening his father. Police say officers encountered Lambert outside with a knife. Neither police nor the attorney general has provided further details on the exchange between Lambert and the officers. Foster says the investigation is continuing and asks anyone with relevant information to contact the state police.
