| Subject: Poll: Record percentage of Americans would repeal ObamaCare Thu Dec 11, 2014 11:44 pm | |
| A new Fox News poll shows that few American voters feel their family is better off under ObamaCare, and derogatory comments by the healthcare law's co-writer Jonathan Gruber about the "stupidity of the American voter" haven't helped. The poll found that 56 percent of voters said they are "at least somewhat bothered by Gruber's comments." Additionally, the polling revealed a record high percentage of voters who said they would vote to repeal the law (58 percent) and a record low in favor of leaving it in place (38 percent). A year ago, 53 percent of respondents favored repealing ObamaCare. Not surprisingly, 67 percent of Democratic respondents said they would vote to keep the law in place, whereas 88 percent of Republicans said they would be in favor of repealing it.
