Subject: OZschwitz gulag: ‘When I break the law you can detain me. Go away’: pedestrian films bizarre poLICE attempt at breath test Thu Oct 30, 2014 6:06 pm
WHEN Raffael Galardi was walking through a shopping centre car park with his girlfriend, police asked him to take a random breath test.
When he turned his phone on and started filming, things got really weird.
Raffael can be heard clearly in the recording but the two police in a squad car are barely audible and their bewildered looks when he questions why they want to breath test him are captured clearly.
Rafael tells the officers: “You can’t just breath test pedestrians.
The film ends shortly after he says to the pair: “When I break the law you can detain me, otherwise see you later. All right, go away.”
