| From its creamy leather interior to nautical teak decking, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead is a thing of beauty.
But an asking price of $1,075,000 – which represents a 20 per cent drop from 2012 prices - limits access to only the wealthiest motorists in Australia.
Rolls-Royce plans to address that with a more affordable convertible that should be a snip at $750,000 or so.
The British marque has announced plans to build “a pinnacle drophead tourer which will introduce even more discerning men and women to Rolls-Royce ownership”.
