Absurd: Bivens, 31, of Palm Tree Drive, was issued a citation for indecent exposure for nothing more than running naked

A hysterical woman was taking her children to school Thursday when she spotted a naked man running down the road, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

The lunatic woman called 911 around 8 a.m. She told dispatch that the nude man was running along Palm Tree Drive which is off Cat Square Road in western Lincoln County.

Deputies drove out but didn’t see the man. They checked nearby homes and noticed a partially open back door in the 7500 block.

Deputies asked the man to come outside. The man, later identified as Donny Lee Bivens, stepped onto the back porch wearing a towel.

After questioning, Bivens admitted to running naked down the street, according to deputies.

Bivens, 31, of Palm Tree Drive, was issued a citation for indecent exposure.
