| Two female patrons reported that a male subject approached them on the sidewalk while they were having dinner and exposed his genitals. One of the females verbally challenged the suspect and he left the scene; she followed him down Hanover Street until he ran into an alleyway. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect, who was described as a white male in his 30s with long blond hair. He was wearing jeans, a yellow shirt, tennis shoes, and a baseball cap. The investigation is ongoing.

Like a woman's ankle was indecent in Victorian England... just absurd!
Like today a women walking topless through the CBD... though it's quite OK for men to go topless... it's all just insane prejudices and they make me fucking sick!
Like naked kids pics are 'indecent,' but you can go to any beach or public pool and see dozens if not hundreds of naked kids... one gets you jailed and placed on the sexual offenders registry, while the other is just routine, boring, everyday happening and which doesn't bring about any condemnation by anyone...
It's all just beyond insane...
