Anyway, I always thought 'AnCap' expresses/defines a kind of capitalism.

Genus: Capitalism
Differentia: Anarcho (i.e., no government)

So it's just... government-less capitalism.

Analogous to to rational (diff) animal (genus) for humans.

Of course it's funny: First, some clown misrepresents him and then a quote by Rothbard, completely contradicting him, so yeah, it's for the lulz!

Yeah, your example pretty much flies...

Though for the purists, there can be no real capitalism, under a government... just a mixed economy, socialist, fascist, etc...
