Idiotic Brent Budowsky claims: Mitt Romney and Ron Paul: The vulture capitalist, the vulture ideologue and the war against women

Republican wars against women and workers are real. Two of the main perpetrators of these war are Mitt Romney and Ron Paul: the vulture capitalist profiteer Romney and the vulture capitalist ideologue Paul. To repeat the major point of my column in the paper Thursday, Hillary Clinton is so popular because she speaks for both women and workers. I remind readers: in the Time magazine poll last year, Hillary defeated Romney by a landslide 55 percent to 38 and defeated other Republicans by even more.

Mitt Romney should come clean, disclose his tax returns for the last 10 years and stop demeaning the legacy of his father, George Romney, a great man, who did so. Ron Paul should come clean and first, publicly disclose every private conversation he has had with Romney, and second, why he has helped Mitt Romney become the nominee in so many ways.

In fact, Romney and Paul are the vulture capitalist twins. Romney made his fortune that way. The man with the Swiss bank account and the elevator for his cars who rides with his dog on his roof was responsible for big layoffs in pursuit of vulture profits. The man who put his name on corrupted newsletters that included talk of race wars and proudly champions his admiration for the atheist Ayn Rand would decimate and destroy programs that help women and workers while advocating his brand of vulture capitalism.

Neither Romney nor Paul takes responsibility for the consequences of their actions. They oppose pay equity proposals for women, a major component of their war against women. They oppose new programs to create jobs, a major component of their war against workers. Their party champions firing teachers, police, librarians and firefighters, which is another attack on workers. Meanwhile, Romney and Paul both champion the crony capitalist abuse of earmarks.

Watch the Romney people try to Etch a Sketch and deny that Romney was a world-class champion of earmarks! Watch the Ron Paul people squirm like worms on a hot brick to justify Paul's support of earmarks.

Barack Obama, imperfect as he is, at least stands with the women and the workers far more than Romney or Paul.

Hillary Clinton has such a commanding and powerful lead in polling over all Republicans because she is viewed by voters, correctly, as fighting for women and workers.

So let the Republicans claim they have no war against women, while they fight against pay equity for women.

The Republican nominee with the secret tax returns and offshore bank accounts should come clean and release his returns. Ron Paul should come clean and openly confess that he and Mitt Romney have very much in common: the vulture capitalist and the vulture ideologue in the party that wages war against women and workers.
