A South Side Gresham neighborhood man was charged with public indecency for allegedly fondling himself at a Near North Side Starbucks Thursday afternoon.

Reginald Ray, 42, of 8154 S. Green St., was charged with two counts of public indecency and one count of possession of cannabis, all misdemeanors, according to police.

Ray was arrested at 1 p.m. Thursday, shortly after the incident at the Starbucks at 1229 N. Clyborn Ave. Ray was allegedly inside the establishment staring at woman and fondling himself, according to police.
One of the people who complained recoreded his alleged actions by cell phone video camera and put the material in a DVD, according to police.
