On July 18th, we are asking people of conscience across the world to join us
in attacking the servers and websites of the Russian Police and the Russian
Judicial System. Both are equally guilty in the crimes against our friend.

Please keep attacking these sites all day and all night. Get other people
involved and attack from multiple internet connections to increase your impact.
Fill in forms on these target websites with random text. Fill the email addresses
you find on them as well!
Check http://ru.indymedia.org/newswire/index.php for updates. If the main
targets are destroyed, we will expand our attack!

Install the ReloadEvery Add-on by clicking on Tools and then clicking on
add-ons. This will be a useful tool for future attacks as well. Once it has
been installed you need to restart firefox. Then, on JULY 18, open up a tab
for each target website and click the arrow next to the reload button and
choose one second. This will continue loading the target websites, sucking
all of their available bandwidth until they no longer function. If you can
look around their website and find pages with lots of images this would work
better.

Download a script called Slow Loris from:
http://ha.ckers.org/slowloris/
This is a very low-bandwidth attack that opens many connections
on the target server and then downloads page content at an
extremely slow rate, hogging up all of their download slots.
Here is a sample command. Change it how you like
./slowloris.pl -dns www.example.com -port 80 -timeout 2000 -num 5000 -tcpto 5
If it does not work, try these commands:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install IO::Socket::INET'
perl -MCPAN -e 'install IO::Socket::SSL'
Participating in this attack is probably illegal depending on where you live.
This does not matter. Too many people are doing this to get caught.
