A South Heights woman was charged with open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident in her South Heights mobile home park around 3:15 p.m. Feb. 3.

According to a state police report, residents Sandy and Joseph Quinn reported that Cynthia D. Reese, 43, of Lot 31, Bradbury Drive lifted her shirt and exposed her breasts. State police said Reese told them she was flashing construction workers working on a nearby building.
