OZschwitz: Revisionist victimized by the courts

THE Holocaust revisionist Frederick Toben was already notorious for offending Jewish people when he was convicted for contempt of court last month, but on the day of his penalty hearing he outdid himself and offended the Federal Court as well.

The court was to hear submissions on what penalty Toben should receive for publishing material denying the Holocaust, when the Adelaide Institute director posted a provocative new message on his website comparing himself to a dying Jewish billionaire:

"Richard Pratt received a judge's indulgence. Will Frederick Toben receive the same? What does this tell us about Australia's judicial system?

"Note: Court orders must be obeyed without exception, even if they are unreasonable and absurd. They last for eternity, until they are formally challenged. Tell that to the countless Germans summarily executed or hanged at Nuremburg post-WWII who claimed they were just following orders - a defence rejected outright."
