| Subject: Nets Ignore WashPost Investigation of ‘Accelerated’ Sanders FBI Probe Tue Jul 11, 2017 7:15 am | |
| The Washington Post published an extensively detailed investigative report on Monday that documented the ongoing and accelerating FBI probe into the alleged bank fraud of Jane Sanders. “A federal investigation into a land deal led by Jane Sanders, the wife and political adviser of Sen. Bernie Sanders, has accelerated in recent months,” they wrote. But the Big Three Networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) had no interest in sharing the report that’s highly damaging to the socialist Senator. Instead, they focused on smearing President Trump and Senate Republicans.
“With prosecutors hauling off more than a dozen boxes of records from the Vermont college she once ran and calling a state official to testify before a grand jury, according to interviews and documents,” The Post’s Shawn Boburg and Jack Gillum wrote. “A half-dozen people said in interviews in recent days that they had been contacted by the FBI or federal prosecutors…” Clearly, there’s something serious being considered by the FBI, but neither ABC, CBS, nor NBC has spoken about the investigation or about how both Bernie and Jane Sanders have lawyered up. The only place on TV news the investigation was ever seriously covered (outside of Fox News and Fox Business) was during the July 2 edition of Jake Tapper’s State of the Union on CNN, when he actually questioned Senator Sanders directly.
