Cryptocurrency is the currency of the future technologically-immortal and superintelligent gods, as it is the ideal money. Besides usage for cryptocurrencies, blockchains can be used to ensure trustless ownership of internet namespaces, to prove timestamps, and to show proof of work, among other things.

Blockchain technology can help create a more free society, one wherein information-outlets are censorship-resistant, and wherein currency-transfers and wealth-storage need no one's approval and cannot be surveilled.
