| MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A southeastern Wisconsin legislator has pleaded guilty to first-offense drunken driving. Rep. Josh Zepnick, a Milwaukee Democrat, said in a statement Wednesday evening that he entered the plea in Greenfield Municipal Court. He said he was ordered to pay a forfeiture, had his license suspended for six months and must use an ignition interlock device on his car for a year. He said he regrets his actions. Wisconsin is the only state that treats first-offense drunken driving as a civil violation rather than a crime.
