| Subject: Murdoch to face shareholder revolt at News Corp AGM - again Wed Oct 14, 2015 4:24 am | |
| Rupert Murdoch will once again face a shareholder push to eliminate the media conglomerate's dual-class share structure which allows the Murdoch family to control nearly 40 per cent of voting power despite owning close to 14 per cent of the company.

The vote will take place overnight on Wednesday at News Corp's annual general meeting in New York.
News Corp has two classes of stock; A, which hold no voting rights, and B, that hold voting rights.
