| It was one honest driver that got him in the end, but not before 91 others signed up for truck licences they knew they were not qualified to hold.
An Independent Commission Against Corruption inquiry into Christopher Binos, a heavy vehicle assessor for Roads and Maritime Services, heard on Wednesday the lives of many road users may have been endangered by his practice of taking bribes for issuing licences.

Mr Binos, who admitted his culpability to the ICAC, had been a heavy vehicle assessor for the former Roads and Traffic Authority and then RMS since 2004.
