During last week's pension reform debate in the French National Assembly, Green Party MP, Veronique Massonneau was rudely interrupted by clucking noises made by chauvinistic conservative MP Philippe Le Ray.

So persistent was Le Ray's heckling that Massonneau was forced to halt her speech and snap: "That's enough. Stop that, I'm not a hen!" before continuing with her address.

The speaker of the National Assembly, Claude Bartolone - visibly shocked in the video below - briefly suspended the parliamentary session during the incident, which he described as "unbelievable behaviour".
