There's a man's face flickering on a closed circuit TV screen. He says he's 47, although he looks 20 years older. He's got seven children and five grandchildren. His wife died of an aneurism in the chest, after she had lost a leg through a blood clot. He's on a carer's pension and normally lives in a very small town with only 11 houses.

The clutch in his car had gone, so he could not report to his parole officer. Someone made a complaint about him and charges were laid - so here he is, back in prison, his parole revoked.

In the meantime, the complaint was withdrawn and the charges dropped, so he's wanting to get out of the nick - again.
