A woman who claims that she was an informant on drug cases is suing the Los Angeles Police Department, saying that two different officers she worked with forced her to have sex with them.

City News Service reports that Tammy Kim started working as a drug informant in 2009. The first officer to allegedly engage her in sex was Gus Venenzuela, who said after she provided him with information that she hadn't given him enough to work with, and that if they slept together he'd give her additional credits on the case.

The second officer accused is Bill Nichols. Kim alleges that Nichols told her he would keep her out of jail if she slept with him. It's not clear what she was in jail for.

Neither of the officers' alleged promises panned out -- Kim wasn't given credit as an informant on the Venenzuela case, and she has remained in jail since April 2011.

Kim is accusing the suspects of assault, battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and civil rights violations. She also claims that she's in fear for her life, asserting that the officers told the drug offenders about whom Kim was informing that Kim helped them in the arrests.
