Latvian armoured-vehicle company Dartz is at it again with another wacky concept.

The company that brought us the ghastly Prombron armoured SUV with its whale-penis leather, and the Nagel four-door armoured coupe with its claimed 2000hp (1490kW) engine, has made a belated nod to political correctness with an electrically powered two-seat roadster.

The Jo-Mojo is possibly the world's first bulletproof roadster (but only when the top's up).

Designed by the man responsible for the Nagel, Eduard Gray, the Jo-Mojo has been created for the streets of the Cote d'Azur - in other words, the rich, famous and tasteless.

It is powered by a 60kW electric motor that can be recharged by a retractable solar panel, which doubles as a roof.
