Nutall and his family cried as the sentence was handed down by Chief Judge Patsy Wolfe just after 11.30am. He told his relatives, including his daughter Lisa and wife Liz, that he loved them as he was led to the cells by Corrective Services officers.
Nuttall was found guilty following a two-week District Court trial in Brisbane featuring some of the state's business and political heavyweights.
